Lost my job back in January. Called in February to make payment arrangements as I was behind. They told me they would give me until March 4th to make a payment and asked if I could go to their local office and drop off a post dated check for the amount due. I did that. So imagine my surprise when I walked out to the parking lot today and found my car gone. Lobel had repossessed it even though they specifically said I had until March 4th to pay it. So I called them up to find out why and even explained the reason I made payment arrangements was to avoid this. They said despite that, they could still repossess it. I then asked why I wasn't told that when I made the payment arrangements. To which they responded that they didn't have to tell me. Total BS.
