Respected sir’,

I have a connection of VMC with Vodafone data stick, my mob no is 9984661166 since last 1.6 years but its not work properly. My Internet speed is 10 to 15 kbps, I have facing GPRS connectivity problem, after every 2-3 minutes GPRS connection disconnected automatically. I face many problems and Many times I made complain in Vodafone store Civil Lines Allahabad.

I think EDGE is not available in my area (Trivenipuram, Jhunsi, Allahabad). It’s clearly problem of radio frequency but I pay every month VMC Bill it is very painful for me please provide EDGE signal in my residential area otherwise l drop yours VMC service and opt any other good Internet service provider.

I Lipashree Bose, via indian postal service have money ordered from GPO Garia B.T KOLKATA (Pin code 700047) to Lipika Mitra at Post office of Mumbai(Pin Code 400047) a sum of Rs 500/- on 11.02.2010. but the same have not been received by Lipika Mitra till date.

Dear Sir , I am interested to purchase wagnoR VXI ( M )through BSF Canteen for which SBI Konnagar , Hooghly Issued A draft amounting to Rs. 329143/- in favour of Hindusthan auto agency Hazaribagh, Jharkhand on 27. 01. 2010. and same has been handed over to the firm on 28.01 2010. The hindusthan auto agency Hazaribagh, Jharkhand not yet preparing the draft in favour of DIG & Commandant TC&S BSF Hazaribag till date .After so many telephonic conversation with hazaribagh & Bokaro . I am requesting kindly give the draft to my department so that farther action can be done . Onemonth has been completed but I con’t able to get my car due to lac of initiate of the company.

I am so sick with Santander Consumer USA/Drive Financial, I could just vomit each time I hear their name. They STOLE my car is what they did. My car loan was for $20,848, they took my car that I had for close to 3 years, and had the audacity to say that I owe them $18,000. I know they are smoking crack. I have filed complaints at the Consumer Protection Agencies at my home state, and the State of Texas. I’ve even obtained a prior attorney. The attorney informed me that they took my car, and immediately sold the car before the 10 days was up, so, I have a valid lawsuit. Also, we need to know what happened to the money that I’ve paid on the car. I always paid more than the actual payments. Never received a credit towards the car. Not to mention, they helped themselves to my bank account, and took another $610.95. If they think they are going to get a dime from me, they have another thing coming. The person that I was communicating with at Drive/Santander whatever, is not working there…They haven’t responded to my attorneys, the States, no one…They think they are above the law. When I get through with them, they are going to wish that they never messed with me. The Consumer Protection specialist in my state told me that they never respond to him, but, he is going to push through and pursue the case on my behalf…So, watch out for a class action lawsuit or two…It’s on the way…SANTANDER/DRIVE your ass is mine, and you’re going DOWN!!!!!

I am using Airtel DTH from October 2009. In January 2010 i have moved from Indore to Hyderabad. I have transferred my Airtel DTH from Indore to Hyderabad.

After reaching Hyderabad i contacted Airtel customer care for Reinstallation of my Airtel DTH connection. On 17th February i called to Airtel DTH customer care for reinstallation, they have given me installation date of 20th February morning 10 AM. I have waited for the whole day but no one came.

Again i have called customer care to check booking status, this time customer care told me that that there is no booking for my Airtel DTH connection, i have told them that i have already booked but they told me again that there is no booking detail. I have logged again my booking. This time they gave me booking date of 24th February 2PM, but again nobody came.

I am surprised when I called to customer care they told me that my complaint is closed, how disgusting it is. My problem is not resolved and they closed my complaint. I again booked my complain this time they gave me date of 27 Feb 10 AM, then 28th Feb 10 AM & 6 PM. But same happen again no one came only I got calls from Airtel DTH delhi office. They told me that your problem will be resolved

Then on 28th I gain call to customer care now they again me date of 1st March 2PM time, but again nobody came. I am totally frustrated with their services. On 1st March i again call to customer care & told him the whole situation & I also told then my complaint is already mailed by customer care executives, then he told me that none of your complaint is forwarded.

How irresponsible they are. I am calling from last 2 weeks but there is no response, how badly they behave. Also I have de installed my Airtel DTH from Indore on 22nd January 2010 and till today i am not using their services but some 9 Rs is deducting on daily basis from Airtel DTH account.

How they deducting amount until i am not using their services.

I am mentally too much frustrated by their responses & without using their services they already deducted 100 Rs from my Airtel DTH account.
