IV- Price
Merchandises Are Sold At The Price Of 950 Us Dollars Per Metric Tons, Net Weight. Goods Are Sold Cnf (Cost And Freight)T To Discharge Port Tuticorin, India.

V- Packing
Goods Packed In 80kg Net Weight In New Jute Bags.
VI- Fumigation
To Be Effected After Completed Of Loading At The Loading Port. Product To Be Used Is Methyl Bromide With Minimum Dosage Of 2 Lbs./1.000 Cuft.

VII- Contract Value
Total Value Is 40 Mt Tons @ $950/- $38000/- USD$
VIII- Inspection
Weight / Quality/ Condition To Be Final At Time Of Loading As Per Independent Surveyor Bureau Veritas Or Sgs Nominated By Sellers For Their Account.

IX- Payment
Payment Term Is 5% Advance And 90% Cash Against Document, Balance 5% After Inspection At Discharge Port Within 48 Hours Via Swift. The Seller Should Send To The Buyer Bank The Following Documents:

Free On Board Shipped Bill Of Loading. Certificate Of Origin Issued By Any Chamber Of Commerce In Exporting Country. Seller Commercial Invoice In One Original And Three Copies

Packing List
Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificate Regarding Quality.

Quantity Packing And Specification Issued By Approved International Inspection Agencies.

Certificate Of Fumigation Issued By Ivorian Fumigation Company.

Phytosanitary Certificate Issued By Plant Protection Department Of Ivorian Authority.

Quality Assurance From The Seller
X- Terms
Partial Shipment Allowed. The Contract Has Two Annex, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Present Contract. The Duration Of The Contract Is 1 Month Of Delivery With Roll Over Extension. It Takes End Three Months After The Last Monthly Delivery Of The Contract. Grammatical Mistakes And Typing Errors, If Any, Shall Not Be Regarded As Contradictions.

XI. Force Majeure
If Either Party Is Rendered Unable By Force Majeure To Comply Fully Or In Part With Any Obligation Of This Contract Upon, Such Party Giving Written Notice By Telex, Fax Or Letter Of Telegram To The Other Party Of Such Force Majeure Within 48 Hours. After Receiving The Notice Thereof, Such Performance Of The Party
