My consumer id is 36325 and I live in Bangalore. Always delivery boy from anusha indane gas co. charges Rs.350/- for gas cylinder. It is actually 326 only if not giving he is not going and keep on knocking my door for half hour and abusing then going we don’t want this so we complain to agency, but they don’t take any action.
So I am mailing you hope you will fulfill your responsibility and take strict action against them the delivery boy name is raju, they don’t have any id card or any authentification also.

This is become a usual thing now and no one is taking note of the same. The gas agency when called up to explain these charges are saying it is the delivery cost. Indane gas is charging now Rs 385 for one cylinder in chennai where as the Bharati and HP gas are charging for the same cylinder Rs. 370. Why this discrepancy without any valid bill?
