We booked the indane gas cylinder on 22nd October at 8:50 am, which should have been dispatched on 23rd but it was received only on o6th Nov 09 that too, after visiting to the office.

Above all the gentleman came in to deliver it was not carrying any measuring instrument and did not have the original receipt of delivery. However as we were in need of the cylinder we had to accept it with the receipt made by piece of paper and he argued this is what we are getting from gas agency.

What I figure out is there is high corruption going on in our agency i.e. Shri Radha Govind Gas Service situated in Kailash Nagar 9/171, Shyam Block, Delhi-31. (TIN No. 07180203297), i am wondering if something can be done against it.
