I am Muni Devi Subesh Basti, Old power House kuya ka pass, Rewari, Haryana) Having a gas connection 15358.I booked my gas before 15 days but till date there is no supply done. From some time Krishna gas agency Rewari Haryana creating problem at every home delivery supply after booking.
They says that due to short supply they will not book gas before 25 days, sometime after booking they do not send supply till 15-20 days. When we go to agency for this problem, they do not give any positive response and give so many excuse each & every time. They also never pick phone for any service can check also this.

If you are facing a problem with delivery and want to complain about it, you can use one of the following ways:
1.Complain to the dealer. This should work in most cases.
2.Complain to the sales officer. You can get the phone number of the sales officer from the ‘mandatory information board’ at all gas agencies.
3.Complain online: You can complain via websites of the oil companies which are http://www.ebharatgas.com, http://www.iocl.com/Products/Indanegas.aspx, jihaan.hpcl.co.in/booking/Default.aspx4- Complain in the consumer forum. A very very effective measure, a mere mention of the complaint will solve your problems in most cases.
These are the most common, effective and time saving ways. You can also for legal action, RTI, ministry complaints, but these are time consuming. Although, these ways work well too.
