Want to Transfer LPG Gas ConnectionFeb

I have a Bharat Gas connection from NCR. Now, I need to transfer it from NCR to Bangalore. But the vendor in the agency says that it is possible to transfer only when the connection is 3 years old. Is it any rule or anybody also facing the same problem. Does anybody have solution for this. Please advice as soon as possible.

Hi All
First you need to produce TV which was given to you at the time of booking ( original ) with regulator & empty cylinders along with one requisition letter stating that you are shifting your family to other place. They will issue TTV ( Termination Transfer Voucher ) and the amount deposited by you. You will take it to the local area agency with your address proof, id proof and 3 photos.
They will allot connection immediately.

I want to transfer my gas connection from Bangalore to Gulbarga. What are the procedure to follow and how many days it will take to complete the procedure to get connection. How will be the concern person if is there any delay.
