I regret to protest that, I registered for booking gas cylinder at Padmawathy Bharat Gas Agency, Vellechery Main Raod, Selaiyur, Chennai -78 on 6.11.2009 for Bharat gas cylinder ( Consumer No 23938 ). I was promised that the delivery will be done with in a week
