It is a regular affair at the Jasola petrol pump in Noida, near Appolo hospital, to ask the consumer to start the car wiper and meanwhile, the stop the fuelling and say that the light has gone. They again start it then. This is the third time that it has happened with me, the pump manager also declined to give me the complaint book. Strict action should be taken against such malpractices.
