This is the second time I had very bad experience with Meru cab service. I booked the cab for international airport on 3rd Jan 10 at 1.30AM for pickup. I got booking confirmation but the CAB did not turn up. Upon calling they said it is not coming!
Stupid people playing with customers. Never depend on it, rubbish service.

Its sad that you have had a bad experience with their service. Surprisingly I have had no complaints till date. Infact I was introduced to Meru by a bunch of friends….who were also very happy with their services.
