My boyfriend was an employee for Swifty for almost a year and about three weeks before Christmas this year. He had two customers drive off with gas. He followed all procedures an got all descriptions of the vehicle the persons and the license plate numbers and then called the police and filed the report and notified the manager. Well the Monday he was fired for the drive off’s as if he was the one that drove off so now my family has to suffer and deal with the loss because two people decided to steal gas. But ultimately that isn’t what got him fired.

He is black in a white business that is ultimately got him fired. He had put in 16 hour days for them and during those 16 hr days you are there by yourself and get no lunch break. in the hand book you are allowed one ten min rest period for every four hours. But how exactly are you supposed to do that when you are there by yourself and a car rolls in you cant just sit there. So when exactly are you supposed to take a break! Well your not that handbook is only good for legal purposes for the company to save their own butt’s. They want to follow that little rule book at their own convenience. So employees beware because you could be next.
