Sorry, but you got jacked. I know because the same thing happened to me after I ordered a figurine there and lost $63. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and they didn’t even get a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! File a complaint with the BBB to help stop them. Do a quick google on the site and you’ll find you’re not the only one. Anime and everything related has been growing the last few years, and they pray on people and cash in on it. I’m sorry.
