I have paid for and still not received the download for the book from www.fatburningfurnace.com. Order Nos. as follows: ye6v5cbm which came off on 20/10/09.
Final payment ye6v5cbm-boo2 which came off my account on 10/11/09.
I have tried contacting the support website and tried to e-mail as well but have had no joy. Please advice on how to sort this out. Please mark this as urgent.
