After requesting to cancel membership (as instructed online, submit request via email to cs@bomc2.com and provide email address and return any books sent). I have still been debited twice out of my account in the amount of $9.95. I continue to email ask for them to stop and yet again they continue to debt my account.
I will continue to submit complaints until this is taken care of. Go to the Federal Trade Commission, BBB, Rip off Repots.com, everything until justice is made.
