I ordered 25 books, around 12 December for X-mas costing over 250 pounds and have not received one book, they took my money before they had even dispatched the books, and now the refuse to refund until they have investigated the matter, it seems they 250 pounds worth of books were posted out without any sort of tracking seems very odd for such a large sum.
