My name is Alma Syles, i have a charge on my debit card from clickbank for a book download, I canceled that as per their instructions, but they still charged $21.35 to my card. I had an e-mail problem and as a result lost all e-mails on my pc so I can’t get a copy of that cancelation I sent. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.
