I purchased and paid in full (upon the date of purchase) a beaded wall hanging. The payment of $113.08 was withdrawn from my Visa debit card on the date of purchase. I made the purchase on November 30, 2008. I have emailed the company over 100 times and have received 3 emails in return stating it was a busy month, the company was moving and my order just came in. The phone number they give is not in service and their live chat is always offline. I still wait for my order or a refund with no luck.
