They Steal Money From Artists

Publishing House Charta located in Italy and in New York and leading business all over the world, publishes books in the art field, for artists, art critics, and anyone involved in the arts, fashion, photography business.

Normally, they would publish a book using the means of the artists (or critic, depends who actually is designated to pay for the book). They would organize some publicity events, but still would rely heavily on the author or the artist in terms of distribution. It is very convenient, isn’t?

Better yet, they demand a quick down payment of several thousand Euros for just exchanging a few emails with the proposed client. Then, in difficult economic situation, they plain decline to publish anything but prefer to keep the money. They are thieves. Do not trust them. Do not give them any money or business. It is a true story. We, New York artists, condemn Charta business that steals from poor artists.
