on the 16 december around 12.10am I stopped to buy two packs of marborol lights through the customer window outside, there is a call button, I pressed the button for service and could actually see the employee working inside, she looked at me then continued to ignore the fact that I was waiting on her service, after ringing the button 4 more times she finally came to the front she had made me wait almost 5 mins at the window, she got there and slammed a bleach bottle on the counter as if I was interrupting her work, I asked for two packs of marborol lights and she rang me up for three packs, at this time I told her I only asked for two, She argued with me and said I asked for 3packs, I said no I did not and I told her just give me two packs, she yelled at me and said no you didn’t.
I am very much upset and asked for her name she refused to give this to me, so just to let you know she was working the overnight shift from midnight until when ever on the morning of the 16 december. I have been a long time customer at this store over 20 years and I am very much upset at the way she treated me this evening. If this is the type employees you want running your store? I will not shop there anymore because of her.
