I witnessed a female shell employee and a hispanic male customer assault a white male customer. The employee yelled in the victim’s face and kicked him while the other assailant held the victim down. When the police arrived, both the victim and the hispanic male had left. The employee (a large hispanic woman with dark hair) lied to the police and claimed that she did not know why anyone would have called them. She denied the assault. The other employee also lied to the police.

This was at 12:30 in the afternoon. We travel up and down the I-25 corridor often and have always used Shell. It just isn’t safe anymore. I will never go back to Shell again. I have given a witness statement to the police in Las Vegas. I have also sent a letter to Shell’s corporate office. I have yet to hear anything in response.
