Local Bus Timing is Not Proper in Chennai (not only Chennai in all states).

Sometimes i wait long time for my journey. Because, So many bus are departure or arrived same time what i do?. As well as bus name board is not proper (give meaning full name)

I am new to Chennai, CMBT Bus Terminus. How to I Identify this bus goes to..

T.Nagar or Thiruverkadu. Atleast give

Arrow Mark (==>) T.Nagar ==> (to) Thiruverkadu,
Thiruverkadu (to) ==> T.Nagar

I don’t Know Tamil. How to I find T.Nagar Bus? So many times I m caught wrong root bus because i see bus name board in back side (not in front). Please give 3 Language name board Tamil (State Language), Indian National Language Hindi, English. Same as Indian Currency (It Show 15 Languages). Other State Person How to Find Bus Name or Hotel Name?

Please Give Proper Solution.
