We rented the hall on 8/6/2008 for the 15th birthday of my daughter. On august 29th 2009, We had problems all day, starting with the lights and electricity. The electricity was so bad the d.j. system, the lights, kept going off. There were cockroaches everywhere. The refrigerator, they got in the food, on the cake, in the box of candy that was in the fridge, in the bathroom, on the walls, and running all over the floor.

Tables and chairs were torn up, and chair cushions were no good. When you rent them they look good, because the bad ones are underneath the good ones. Some people got up and left the party because of all the cockroaches. The manager is very rude. As soon as you get to the hall, they unlock the doors and then leave. That way when you have problems there’s no one there to complain to. The hall is real big and since it doesn’t get rented very often it smells like mildew.
