Delay in Delivery of Cylinder

I am the customer of Rani Enterprises.My customer no is 48158. I booked for my cylinder on 14th of December 2009 and was told I’ll be getting it delivered in 12 days but even after having a follow-up more than 3 times, till date my cylinder is not yet delivered and I don’t get a responsible reply again and again they give the same answer that the cylinder will be supplied the same day.

I am not able to go out for my personal work as I may miss my cylinder. If it is correctly delivered on the said date then we can carry on with our other works. I have also sent an email to my agency regarding this. Now tell me what is the next step I have to take in this.
