I’m a silver skywards member (#EK253092766).
On my travel today from Bahrain to Dubai by EK840 my wife made an in-flight duty free purchase of AED. 3, 085.00 (Receipt No. 77154) for which AED.4, 000.00 was given and in return the hostess gave change of only AED.15.00, in the hurries of takeoff we also didn’t checked the change & only upon exiting from airport noticed this.
Immediately made a call to EK customer service who in turn directed me to the customer affairs which would open for work only day after tomorrow. Surely I’ll be calling them on Tuesday but wanted to register the complaint now itself. My contact no. is +971507057125.
