I have placed order with UPS on Nov. 10th to ship 3010 Tons of water meters from Italy to Saudi (Door to Door) within 5-8 days according to their quotation.

They picked the goods up from Italy on Nov. 17th and until now (Monday Nov. 30 I didn’t received the shipment. They told me that the shipment reached to Bahrain on Nov. 24th but this information is wrong and I don’t know how they provided me with false information?

The value of goods of this shipment around SR250, 000.00 and I requested the airfreight shipping in order to meet our customer urgent order and now I bear around 3% per day of the above value of goods and the UPS people still not care. Actually they are the worst express courier company dealt with.
