Stick Bills™

I had made a booking for a return flight through my net banking and the amount of Rs.7687 was charged by the Yatra.com. But the tickets were not been delivered saying that the system had some error.

But when i checked my state bank account, the money had been transferred to yatra account. I had called them and they said that they will be refunding the money in 3-5 working days, its been 17 days now and they have not returned me the money.

When called they say that the senior department is looking into the matter and when insisted to talk they say that the senior team is very busy. they are a total gang of frauds

Please tell me how to go about the legal procedure.
