I brings this to your kind attention that I, my wife Itrat Wajahat ul hasnain Syed muhammad and my eight years old Daughter Named Syeda Kashf Fatima have booked two ways flight ticket and want to return to Pakistan on 11th November 2009 through my Air ticketing Agent in Faisalabad with the Name of Travel Golf by paying all money in Cash From Pakistan To Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi to Dublin and Return Dublin To Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi to Pakistan 11th November 2009.

But due to my plan changed, and promised by Etihad Airlines that this ticket cannot be used any more as this is a promotion ticket, I canceled my ticket return ticket in 9th November for return to Pakistan through Dublin To Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi to Pakistan 11th November 2009 and requested to refund the money after the required deduction. The ticket cancellation confirmed by my Agent in Faisalbad, Travel Golf, Civil Lines, Faisalabad Their contact phone No is 0092412623302 and Mobile No. 00923006653582

As per Etihad Airlines policy that my money will be refunded in 15 working days. But as of today, it is overdue of 29 days but nothing was credited into my Agent account (Travel Golf Faisalabad) from Etihad Airlines. I have confirmed so many times, but each time staff giving a default reply of Email sent to the concerned division and will call you as money will come. But so many 24 hrs are passed.

And today on 08th December 2009 when I called them back and they are replying that my request had been taken to refund the money again they are asking me to wait till money will come back.

So therefore you are requested to please help to get back my money, Waiting for your reply. Please do it needful
