Balance Deducted From My Credit Card. But Ticket Not Received

Hello sir,
Myself Pooja Sharma. I was trying to book my air ticket through credit card from Delhi to Hyderabad. But transaction declined, but ticket cost deducted from credit card. I do not have time to and money to get a new ticket.

Someone inform me as early as possible. My account no is 30303030642 Sector-30 SBI Bank, Chandigarh. My card no is 6220180144300289408. Couple of minutes Before, i received a mail and i got a order No from you service. The order no is FLT00008614944. My contact number is 9780314051.

Dear Pooja Sharma,

With reference to your post, kindly note that your transaction was unsuccessful on the MakeMyTrip website. This means that no money was debited by MakeMyTrip from your SBI account.

In your case, it is possible that your bank could have blocked the amount but not deducted it from your account and they will auto-reverse it. For further follow up on this, you need to check directly with your bank.

MakeMyTrip has not received any payment or deducted any money for your transaction.
