Deduction of Mobile Balance Without My ConcernJan

Dear Sir,
Yesterday evening at 6 Aircel activated a caller tunes service without my concern and deducted Rs.30 from my account. Then again at might night before sleeping i checked my balance it was Rs.29 and in the morning when i woke up my balance was Rs.0.
I called up the customer care of Aircel and they told me that, Sir you have opted for some song listening service so we have deducted for the same. Sir my concern is i have not opted any of the two services. But they have activated automatically from there end and deducted my mobile balance. How could they activate any service without the concern of the customer and deduct money?
I request you to take this case as very seriously.

I faced it too and also some of my friends. I got refund after e-mailing to care.kolkata@aircel.co.in 1st time. But they keep activating dialer tunes again n again, also they have stop responding to complaints… So I am not gonna waste time to sue them or complaining for refund. I am gonna move to idea or Docomo.

Sir,
Being an aircel customer from its begining when u have launched in kolkata,not by same number but by other number as well,i know every steps regarding all ur VAS and so on.Ur company call us through various numbers,that all being served by u for dialer tune services,after that it gets activates and deducts money from main account without my concern.And whenever i call to customer care and complain about automatically activation of services,they tells that is being activated with ur concern,i want my money back.

Sir,
My mobile no is 9804903537, without my concern you are deducting my balance for a caller tune which was given by you & there is no written document regurding the same with you.
I have contacted your local office but your Customer Care was unable to help me for the same. Pls. disconnect my caller tune immediately or otherwise I have no other alternative but to knock the door of the court. Do you think that customers are fool.
