Respected Sir,

I am using the handset of Sony Ericsson W595. I am facing lot of problem with Slider, Ear speaker, Keypad and in playing videos. So i submitted my handset in Your Bathinda Service Center (Allied Communication, Bathinda). I submitted my handset on 30 November 2009 and they told me that my handset will be repaired within 7 days.

But i received it on 29 December 2009 and that also not properly repaired. Not even a single problem removed. Indeed new problems are faced by me. Now my handset face the following problems with Keypad, Videos, Slider and even my handset is loosely bonded.

I am college student and stay away from my parents. So during this one month i faced many problem in communicating with my parents. Even during these days my exams are going on and my studies are suffering a lot due to continuously visiting your service center.

This shows your companies poor manufacture and service.But still i have trust in your companies services. So you are requested to solve my problems.
