Respected Sir,

I am Naresh Sharma with AirTel Mobile No.9993854115

I have made complaint for wrongly deduction for Caller Tunes Dt. 25-10-2009 for 5 times through customer care. But you did not respond. Because my Customer care 121 is blocked.

This is 5th time you have deducted my balance wrongly. Therefore I take decision for stop the uses of your services. My nearest retailer giving not sufficient answer for surrender of SIM Card.

So I request you Please tell me the Procedure for Surrender of SIM.

I have an Airtel Data Card 256 Kbps(USB Internet Connection). I am paying the bills on time and the device too works fine. Since airtel has introduced, broadband service on data cards, i wish to surrender this connection and device and take a new one. Also tell me i can convert this into a broadband service.
