Complaint Regarding Services Of Data Card

Dear Sir,
I am Pavan Kumar Vedam have taken a 3.1 MBPS Reliance net connect data card on 11th December 2009 numbered with 9347417818. It was working fine until 18th December 2009. After that data card is not working.

When i contacted Customer Care for the first time, I was told that my services have been temporarily barred because of Negative Address Confirmation. I was told to submit the proofs again in the nearest Web world. I did the same on 21st December 2009 at Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

The next day a representative came to my residence and got the address verification done successfully. I was promised that the services would be activated within 24Hrs. But until now I did not get my data card activated. It has been more than 8 days that I have been struggling calling around customer care people but none of them could give me a right direction, nor was able to solve the problem.

Now in my recent conversation today on 1st Jan 2010, they say my services have been terminated. I need a strong explanation as to what went wrong and see that it is restored immediately.
