In BSNL web site it is mentioned under the prepaid tariff page in section Balance based charges. That if we maintain a minimum balance of Rs.5000 then the call charges per minute within the own network is 20p/min.

I am maintaining a minimum balance of Rs.5000 for the past three months and I am in Excel gold scheme, but my outgoing calls are not being charged as has been mentioned under the balanced base charges option.

When i spoke to the customer care 3 to 4 times each one of the executive is giving me a different answer.
