Dear Sir,
I am Adnan Imran a 3 years old customer of reliance CDMA network, Bihar. I am opted in SMS plan with Rs.11. Where every SMS charges Rs.0.01 for local And STD and it renewed automatically every month.
But when i SMS at Morning it apply charges @ 0.50 Rs. Then i call customer care, They said you are not in SMS plan. So, it apply charges. But i sent 87 SMS and charges apply for 32 or 33 SMS. Early i SMS, But it was as SMS plan.
So, i want to know why its happen.
