No Call Waiting Service And Call Conference ServiceJan

I am Rajesh Kumar, I have been a customer of Vodafone for past 4 years. Before 6 months Vodafone has stopped the call waiting service and call conference facility from their service. I spoke to customer care they do not give proper response against this. They repeatedly saying that we do not have information about this.
Except Vodafone, other networks like Aircel, Airtel, BSNL, Reliance, Tata Docomo and IDEA cellular gives call waiting service and call conference facility.
Without call waiting service its really irritating to be on Vodafone network. So please launch the MNP soon as possible. I want to go out of this hell.
Vodafone is such a big problem for customers. Because am a retailer and so many suggestions and complaints about Vodafone.
So take this as serious complaint and take action for this.

They have asked to register the same in their website. There is no reply from Vodafone about the call waiting service and call conference service. As a retailer Mr.Rajesh must stop selling the prepaid cards of vodafone. I received a mail from vodafone stating “Thank you for your email dated 18/02/10 regarding your query for the mobile number.
We have noted your contents in the below mail and the same has been forwarded to the respective verticals for resolution.
We will get back to you shortly regarding the same “. Till now I am not received any reply.

We would like to inform that call conference would not be applicable for any prepaid subscribers with effect from 25/07/2009. I am a customer for vodafone for the past 8 years and suddenly they stopped this service. We have to publish this to all the customers to not to purchase vodafone prepaid cards.
