Error Occurred While Booking E Ticket

Hello,
I have booked e ticket for Manmad to Bidar on 30th of December 2009 and again on the same route on 31st of December.

I got a confirmed ticket from varanasi to manmad. But while making a ticket from Manmad to Bidar. After the payment is done through S.B.I debit card i was given a redirect link and the ticket has not been confirmed to me. This same thing happen again on 31st December while i tried to book a ticket through my brother S.B.I debit card.

This is really an undesired situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

Dear Sir,

I was booking ticket from Mumbai to Tumkur using IRCTC, after making a payment , an error has occured before the ticket page been displayed. The Amount of Rs 380 has been deducted on 2nd august 2010 and ticket is aslo not booked when i seen in Print my E ticket. So, I am expecting a Total Rupees of 380 which need to be credited to my Acct by this IRCTC.

Hope u will act very promptly and do the needful…
