Here with i attached a sample response from *367# requesting it. At last return with same *367# u typed.

Dear sir,
I am enjoying the all excellent tariff from reliance GSM. But only one thing is that they should,

1. improve the signals
2. the balance request was return as error in many times

Kindly rectify it soon. I am from Tambaram, Chennai.

Dial *367# for balance and still getting errors call reliance customer care Dial *333

I had recharged on 29.08.2010 of amount Rs. 100.00, after a one local call of 02 minutes only, the main balance showing Rs. 62.76. I am very surprised about it, how it is happen.

After numbers of customer care calling yet not received any positive response from Reliance GSM Service.
Hope I will get positive response from your end.
