I had booked a gas connection with the amount of Rs. 4000. Consumer No.39882. The manager of the agency had informed to the subordinates to release the cylinder yesterday itself, but still now we haven't received the cylinder. As myself and my wife working, we couldn't sit in the house and keep on waiting for the cylinder for the whole day. I request Indane LPG Gas Incharge of State Mr. Kutty and Area Manager Mr. Balaravi to take necessary action and do the needful.
