Dear Sir,
I am Saurabh Agarwal had been worked with HBL Global Pvt Ltd as a Relationship officer in Merchant Services Dept. (EDC M/c) Employee ID – S16951 located at Kanpur from Nov 30, 2005 to 24 September 2007 would like to request you to kindly arrange to credit my PF Amount due with you as still it has not been credited in my A/c.

I had sent all the necessary docs along with Form through registered Post by Dec 2008.

Its my humble request to you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to credit the due PF amount in my A/c at the earliest.

i m Nikunj patel had been worked with HBL Global pvt ltd as a branch B.D.R. in credit card department. My emp. ID is N07590 located Surat (gujarat) from 17 june 2009 to 31 september 2009. Would like to request you to kindly arrange to credit my PF amount and Full N Final amount due with you as still it has not been credited in my account.

I had sent all the necessary docs along with from through registered post by 6 april 2010. It’s my humble request to you to kindly look in to the matter and arrange to credit the due Pf amount and Full N Final amount in my a/c at the earliest.

My name is jitender chand i was working with HBL Global Pvt Ltd 9-10-2007 form 19-10-2009. I have submitted my PF form month DEC 2009 my PF a/c no is 89427, Employee code is J04316, My HDFC bank a/c no is 00271540061719. I didn’t receive my pf amount. I have been waiting from last 5 months.
