Poor Service And Frequent Disconnects

Dear Sir/Madam
I have been using Aircel Pocket Internet pack Rs.98/- since last 3 months. Since last 1 month or so, I have got fed up with this service, Because of 2 much of disconnection. It is impossible to open any site (eg. Orkut) Because of the connection drops again & again.

In 5 minutes at least it gets 3 time disconnected. I launched several complaints at their customer care but I got no feedback yet. The service is getting worse each day.

I would be oblige if my complaint is paid attention. Thanks.

Dear Sir,

I have no regret to say that the customer support service is ineffective. Ownership and a holistic approach towards a complaint is required. I was using the pocket internet service with a recharge of rupees 98.

After a smooth use for 15-18 days my internet service has suddenly stopped. The customer care works in a strict pattern irrespective to the fact that it is not helpful always.The call gets disconnected most of the time when they keep our call on hold for gathering information on our account.

On friday the 18th of 2010 I tried to call the customer care more than 10 times but there was no response. SO WHAT IF I HAVE A PREPAID CONNECTION!

I just hope this is not the answer to my doubts
