LPG Gas Refilling Delayed

We have booked a refilling on 17th of Dec, 2009 and Till today It has not been delivered to us. My consumer no. 57164 and booking Number is 2428 dated 17.12.2009. When we contact on phone every time putting the refilling will made within 2-3 days.

My HP gas service provider is Giri Gas Services, Bhiwani – Haryana

Tel No. : 01664-242595
It often happens with this service provider. I hope to get resolved my complaint and will help other to get the better services.

If you have frequent complaints experienced with above HP gas service provider, You can contact Sunil Malik, Chief Regional Manager, HP Gas – Bhiwani via phone 01681-329379 and 01681-252027 or call his personal mobile number 94160 61270. Also you can mail through smalik@hpcl.co.in to notify the above issue. He will take necessary steps soon.

I have on line booked my LPG Gas on dated 16-Apr-2010 but it is still not delivered.I have only 1 cylinder so we are facing problem.I have sended many mail to Ebharat gas site but we have not got any feed back.There is any responcible person for vigilent department for complain.
