My name is Rajesh Singh and my inverter battery Exide IN1500 is damaged. I bought this battery in January 2009 from dealer Kanodia Sales, Satna, Madya Pradesh.

Dealer has collected damaged battery which is in guarantee period 2 weeks back for replacement. But till date he has not provided the battery on asking he is replying that he has no new battery in the shop for giving you. So please look into the matter for justice.

I have a regular coustomer of Exide Batteries from last 12 years. Thsi time I am to complaining about my EM 32RMR TYPE BATTERY ,Mig. Coe 2A8 ,S.No. 42205 date of purchase 31-3-08 from Kachhawaha Brothers,Station Road Ajmer,right now I am using my vehicle at JaipurFrom last two months i am facing the broblem with this battery ,no response from the Telephonic Numbers which you have given in your Warraanty Booklet 01412293799/3704,9314529750 . I want to change this battery otherwise I haave to change my Braand of Battery in the future.

I have purshed one battery in may 2009. now it is faulty and its backup
was only 15 min. so i have given it to dealer from last 10 days . he is not
provoding replacement battery under guarantee as he promised us at the
time of sell. kindly arrange replacement battery as looking my problem
and confirm me on my mail.
