I had purchased Washing Machine Hydro shakti (Hydro Fall 70) one in last week of June. There is problem in function which was serviced 10 months back by service men and he has replaced only dust collector bag but he did not attended problems related to machine, Local dealers are not even attending calls.
I am mentally harassed due to this attitude of co towards customer as I own most of the white goods from ONIDA but this time I am feeling guilty for purchasing. We are ready to pay for your services.
