I bought a nebulizer for Rs.2691 on my credit card as per the chemist that was the best and most costly nebulizer he had (Dr. Morphen). When i opened it to use at my place it was not working. I went back to the shopkeeper where he himself checked it and found it faulty.

When i asked for refund he refused as the payment was charged on credit card. Then i had to opt for the other nebulizer which was a local brand primo and that was Rs.200/- cheaper than what i paid for the earlier one. He did not refund the Rs.200/- as well and forced me to buy the local brand product.
