Lost of IPOD in Registered Post Parcel

Hi,
I am Swapnil Marathe works in Switzerland. I had sent IPOD through Swiss “D-POST” dated 07-12-2009. When the parcel was received by my brother at Indore (MP). The parcel was tempered and IPOD was not found inside. This is a Shameful act by Indian Postal service, and I deeply condemn Indian Postal service and Indians (working in this system). They are Theif and should be sacked from their job.

Please let me know for further details like Address, Dates and Registry of the good, also let me know if this is not correct place to look for. I am hoping that this forum will get me justice.

It looks like your parcel has gone through Foreign Post Office Mumbai, where all thieves are working they rob most of the foreign parcels cleared by the customs as non dutiable.

Hi,

I have won a POLO shirt from CVC radio and an IPOD from Voice Of America. But I have not received those gift packets yet though the same was sent 2 months before through foreign post. I have also received a packet mentioning enclosure a pen sent from Japan, but nothing in the packet.

It found that everything has stolen by Indian Postal department before it reaches .Shame to Indian Postal Department dishonest custom and postal employees. I myself lived in Bankura, West bengal. I do not know, what can I do in these case !
