Paid Rs.1000/- to Regional Passport Office on 1st June 2007. Gave application for delivery on 4th Feb 2009. Still (1/1/2010) Not received my passport.

Dear Sir.
My name is Vijayalaxmi Nair and I applied for my Passport on 22/03/2010 under File No: A00663010 and my date of birth is 09/04/63 papers filed at Bangalore. Till date I have not received my passport nor any letter from your side if any query is pending.
I would like to inform you that I have shifted from Ahmadabad and my police verification has been done in both the states.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the passport at the earliest
