Respected Sir/Madam,
Here (LIG flat no 176 and 177ground floor pocket -d-12 sector-7, rohini delhi-85) commercial use of residential flat is going on. Owner of flat No.176 ground floor is going to open a factory. He has started breaking all the wall of this flat for increase space. He has also purchase a shop in flat no 177 ground floor by name R.K .SPORTS and has break the load bearing wall between 176 and 177.

It is dangerous of our first floor flat and our life. Our flats can fall down any time and its your responsibility to keep vigilance on DDA LIG FLAT. He has also illegally covered the government area in front of his flat and make one room extra, which cost around RS 20, 00,000. He has also illegally occupy our water & electricity meter by illegal coverage of government property of cost Rs.2000000.

Please visit here and issue a notice for penalty & stop him. We are also planning to file a civil suit for permanent injection in the court.

We are Mrs. Signal & Mrs.Gupta and other neighbors Resident on first floor 176/1and 177/1 pocket d-12 sector-7 rohini delhi-85. As per DDA guidelines on pg. 10 Para 8.4 – unauthorized construction is a offence and the one carrying out the unauthorized construction can be arrested even without any warrant.
