Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Rajaram Sukhdev Atole. I had been employed at Teamlease Services Pvt Ltd from 25th July 2005 to 30th April 2009. My employee id there was 36167. Teamlease paid me their contribution of PF in August 2009.
Teamlease also submitted the application for the payment to me of the Government’s contribution. This was submitted on 11th September 2009. I tried to follow up on the phone, but had a difficulty in doing so as the as I could not get through. This is to request you to please expedite the matter. Thanking you in anticipation.
