Dear sir,
I had purchased Videocon d2h on 28/12/2009. My customer ID is 2891996. And registration number is 41248495602. My d2h is not receiving all the channels which i had taken in the initial subscription. I had contacted the customer care and local customer care persons. I had reminded them several times. But my problem is not yet resolved. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
