My VC No is 01504255268 in name of Nonie Khanna. I recharged my Dish TV with Recharge coupon of Rs Rs.700/- on 12 Nov 2009 & my Dish TV was recharged up to 10th Jan 2010. But from 30th Dec 2009 you are sending messages that the Dish TV Validity expires on 31st Dec 09.
I request you to look into this matter and reply to me with details the reason for changing my renewal date from 10th Jan 2010 to 31st Dec 2009. Where as the message in my Dist TV expiry is still 10th Jan 2010.
Reply on immediate basis.
