The DTH service provided by Reliance Dhirubhai ambani group as a name of BIG TV was purchased by me on the month of November 2008 from Gopal Radio,Obra Distt. Sonebhadra Uttar Pradesh.
During purchasing of the set i have assured for the warranty period of 1 year. From September 2009 there is a problem occurred in my setup box ID No.- 200646532429. Regarding this i have complaint several times to the service center as well as the customer care contact no provided by the service provider.
On giving complaint the customer care executive were assure again & again that the service engineer will reach and rectify the problem. But from last 4 months no one is coming.
Due to this problem i was not getting the service and also facing economical & mental losses.

RELIANCE BIG TV – INDIA’S WORST DTH SERVICE
I am also facing the problem in SET TOP BOX since July 09 in November 09 it has been changed but since January,10 same problem occurring in the new set top box i have complained but still waiting for rectification.
If you are going to take Reliance BIG TV, Please don’t go for that. It is Worst and Worst DTH Service. Reliance is running only on the name of Dhirubhai Ambani but his son will wash out all the goodwill of Dhirubhai Ambani with in a short spam of time.
